Old Dirty Racing in 2010!!

We are back and ready for 2010. With two DNF (did not finish) last year we were out of the completion in both the performance stock or group 2 classes. We no longer have Old Dirty our Nissan truck or the Toyota FX, both were lost last year (destroyed) due to racing incidents!!

For 2010 we have changed our team and our race cars. With the help of Jon Rood, Jim Pierce of Pierce Motorsports and Tom Laeng we are building two 1996 Ford escort Gt’s. Both John and Jim have extensive experience building this car and racing Escorts in both rally and track. With Crew chief Tom Laeng of Laeng Works rally experience; I am confident we are building two bullet proof rally cars.

We are also announcing our newest ODR team member co driver Jonathan Schiller. Jon has years of experience racing in the California Rally Series s. We are excited to have an experienced co driver commit to run the series and help make team ODR completive for 2010. We want to thank Aaron Laeng and Guido Hamacher for there co driving skills in 2009.

We will be racing in group 2 with strong completion, notably teammates George Doganis and Tom Scott, past group 2 champions with their new Honda Civic. Also Chris Palermo last year’s Group 2 champion will bring tough completion. Group 2 is a limited two wheel drive class with some of the better teams and toughest competition of all the CRS divisions.
